Recipe: Steak Tacos

4oz grilled steak
1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
2 corn tortillias, fajita sized
2 tbsp of your favorite salsa
A sprinkle dried or chopped cilantro to taste
Fresh Lime, sliced into wedges

Thinly slice the grilled steak and set aside. Chop the onion and sprinkle cilantro mix in a small bowl. Warm the tortillias one at a time in a skillet for 30 seconds turning until you see brown spots. As you take the tortillias from the skillet wrap them completely in foil to keep them warm until ready to assemble tacos. Place the steak on the tortillias, then top with the onion-cilantro mix. Give a lime squeeze with fresh lime and top with salsa. Then enjoy! 🙂
