Recipe – Leafy Green Salad with Quinoa and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

0.25 cup, 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds Raw (You can toast them in a dry skillet until lightly toasted no more than 5 min or stop if they start popping like popcorn)
0.25 cup, Cucumber
0.25 Cup, Chopped, Red Onion
3 cups, Organic Spring Mix
0.25 cup (cooked) – 185g, Organic Quinoa (Cooked In Water)
2 Tbsp (30g), Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Toss all ingredients together in your favorite salad bowl and enjoy :)!
