The 3-Day Refresh

The 3-Day refresh is a fast break from unhealthy eating, drop a few pounds or break some bad habits (such as not drinking enough water or seasoning foods unhealthfully.

The cleanse consists of three daily shakes, a fiber drink, plenty of filtered water, plus a wide variety of fresh fruits, veggies, and healthy fats throughout you day to get you metabolism and energy leveled up!

With this program, you will eat and drink each day:

  • BREAKFASTShakeology and a side serving of fruit (can be mixed with the shake)
  • MID-MORNING: a detox Fiber Sweep drink to aid digestion and kick start the cleansing process
  • LUNCH: a high-protein Vanilla Fresh shake & a serving of fruits (can be mixed with the shake), vegetables, and a healthy fat serving
  • AFTERNOON SNACK: a serving of vegetables & a healthy fat
  • DINNER: another high-protein Vanilla Fresh shake with your selection of several dinner recipes provided in your guide book.
  • You may also have unsweetened tea throughout the day but this is in ADDITION to your daily water needs.

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT SKIP DRINKING WATER! Very Important!!  It will help flush your system of all toxins making you feel better, lighter, and less bloated.

Every day for the next 21 weeks I am going to share a tip based on an interesting article I came across titled, 21 Weight Loss Tips You Have Probably Never Tried.

Week 1 | Tip #1: Make Motivational Notes To Yourself

Write inspirational quotes on sticky notes and place them in places that you will see them everyday such as your bathroom mirror, refrigerator, you desk at work. Sticky notes are amazing to keep you motivated. Another suggestion if you sit at a desk all day, like I do everyday, get a small chalkboard for your desk and change the message on it daily to keep you inspired.
