Recipe: Veggie Stir Fry with Brown Rice

  • 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil1 medium carrot, cut diagonally
  • 1/4 C. broccoli florets
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 C. cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 C. asparagus pieces
  • 1/4 C. green onion 1/2 C. brown rice
  • 1 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos

Heat coconut oil and sesame oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add carrot and/or cauliflower, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add remaining veggies. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender-crips. Serve over 1 cup of brown rice. Season with liquid aminos. Makes 2 servings.

  • 1 tbsp(s), Coconut Oil
  • 2 tsp, Oil – Sesame
  • 1 medium, Carrots, raw
  • 0.25 container (15 oz ea.), Broccoli Florets
  • 0.50 Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper
  • 0.50 Cup (85g), Cauliflower Florets
  • 0.50 cup, Asparagus – Raw
  • 0.25 cup (25g), Green Onion Raw (Whole)
  • 1 tbsp(s), Liquid Aminos
  • 0.50 cup, Brown Rice
  • Stir Fry with Veggies with Brown Rice (Zucchini)
  • 0.50 cup, Rice – Brown, long-grain, cooked
  • 2 tsp, Oil – Sesame
  • 1 medium, Carrots, raw
  • 0.50 container (15 oz ea.), Broccoli Florets
  • 0.50 Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Cup (Sliced), Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp(s), Liquid Aminos

10 Sea Pak Garlic Scampi Shrimp tossed in. The Sea Pak Garlic Shrimp Scampi and instead of brown rice replace with Seeds of Change Brown Rice and Quinoa [in the organic or rice aisle at your store]. Both can be found at your local Sam’s Club or grocery store. Be sure to drain the sauce to save on calories. Just want the flavored shrimp)
