Mid-Year Goal Planning and Setting Intentions – Keep The Vision Going

At the beginning of the year, most of us set our goals and intentions for the year and now we are already just about at the halfway point of 2014. (Can you believe that the year is halfway over?)

We should take a look back at the past 5-6 months and take an inventory of our current situation and planning on how to make things different and efforts intentional for the remaining half of 2014. This is the time that we reflect, evaluate and adjust our business plan to be successful the remainder of the year. As a result, we set up clear intentions for our original goals. We still have to continue setting clear intentions and reevaluate our marketing plan throughout the year.

This will make a little more sense later in this post….Let’s define intention:

Intention [in-ten-shuhn] noun

1.an act or instance of determining mentally upon some action or result.

2. the end or object intended; purpose.

3. intentions.

a. purpose or attitude toward the effect of one’s actions or conduct: a bungler with good intentions.

b. purpose or attitude with respect to marriage: Our friends are beginning to ask what our intentions are.

4. the act or fact of intending.

When you are setting these crystal clear intentions, don’t make them empty promises to yourself. You may be asking how to do that?

Here’s How…

1.Make a list of your intentions

2.Set a Goal for each intention with a deadline. Write it down!

3.Create a step-by-step plan for achieving the goal in writing!

4.Everyday set aside a time go over your written goals and visualize yourself achieving your goal (Very important to get that energy out there to attract it to you!) Implementation: the key to getting back to work after setting goals.

Earlier this year, I had make a post about implementation. This is pretty much a review about on how to implement your goals after re-evaluating your results at the halfway mark of the year. Sometimes we get stuck on the intentions and never get started doing or never take a look at the results we are having.

That is where implementation comes into play…

Know your numbers then reevaluate to see what you have been doing is working to see if you are hitting your marks:

You need to know how much of X it takes to get Y then see if you are hitting your goals that you made at the beginning of the year…if you have not been hitting your goals then you may have to tweak your marketing strategy or throw out what is not working and setup a new marketing strategy.

For example of a marketing strategy:If your leads convert at approximately 10%. For every 10 leads a sale will be generated… So, if the goal is to have 2 sign ups per day, AT LEAST 20 free leads per day need to be generated.

By knowing your numbers, you can determine what your daily requirements are to reach your desired goals.

Know your methods:

Choose 2 free and 1 paid marketing strategy

Blogging is not an option. It is a requirement, especially when creating your brand …

This is my first free marketing strategy.

Make Blogging Fun. Every post doesn’t have to always be some ‘value-filled’ post. Of course, provide value, but you can have fun posts too. Check this blog post out!

Another preferred free marketing method is video.

Creating 5 videos per day generates approximately 2 leads per day, If you learn how to rank videos you can still produce 5 videos per day but you would get a better return for time invested.Tweak the plan and produce 2 videos per day. One of those videos will be keyword rich video, and that particular video will rank on YouTube.

Solo Ads is the best way to build a list quickly. That will be my preferred paid method of marketing for remainder of 2013.

You’ve got your goals from the beginning of the year. You’ve got your current numbers. You’ve got methods. Now Evaluate, Tweak or Re-Create Your plan for the remainder of the year.

After you’ve implemented your tweaked or new plan, start back TRACKING your progress for 30 days, look at what’s working. Look at what’s not quite yielding the results you want. Tweak ONE THING AT A TIME. Then Repeat every 30 days!

Prospecting Secrets Revealed!

Let me start off by explaining the biggest benefit of providing your downline members with a viral prospecting system.

It boils down to this…

When you have a viral prospecting system in place for your team members, your downline has the potential to take on a life of its own and continue to grow effortlessly while you’re focusing on more important things such as family and friends. prospecting tips using content

A gentleman I recently discovered managed to accomplish the difficult task of duplication while  maintaining his full time job and family life.

He mentioned that ever since the beginning of his online ventures he was searching for a system that brought interested prospects in automatically.

He didn’t have time to do the traditional recruiting methods because they required a lot of time and commitment.

What he wanted instead, was a huge downline that duplicated on auto-pilot from his part time efforts.

“But did such a solution exist?”

If it did, he said he couldn’t find it…

So after many years of struggling to build a solid passive & residual income through network marketing he decided it was time to take the bull by the horns (so to speak) and he created a simple step-by-step marketing system that literally exploded his downline within a few months.

The part that amazed me the most was the fact that he didn’t spend a dime on advertising. And his downline is now over 11,460 strong and growing monthly on auto-pilot.

Ultimately I learned that being a successful sponsor involves providing some type of system that helps people build their business, not sitting around wondering why your downline isn’t doing anything.

I guess the quote from Zig Ziglar holds true:

“You can have everything in life you want, if you just help enough other people get what they want.”

To Receive You Must Give

givereceiveEven though this concept should be a no-brainer very few people actually get it and understand it. “Giving is a small and insignificant act that actually has tremendous effects on you and your business.”  Giving should be part of your marketing strategy if you want to get results from your online business. Helping others to be successful or solve problems is the key to a thriving and successful business.

The more people you help the more people will share what you do by word of mouth and more people will stay customers of your business. The more value you offer others the more valuable you become. Instead of focusing all of your efforts getting the sale…focus most of your efforts helping your business partners succeed and providing solutions to your customers’ problems.

Do favors for others and get favors in return…

In the book , Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion, Robert Cialdini mentions the rule of reciprocation in which he says, “The rule says that we should try to repay, in kind what another person has provided us.”

Usually we feel that we are obligated when individuals do something special for us. We want to do the same for those people and do something special for them. This has been going on for centuries. People would share resources to survive and thrive. All human societies today follow the rule of reciprocation in some way.

How can you use this rule for your business? Go above and beyond with assisting business partners and customers. Give them something of value without expecting anything in return…and most often you will get something in return…a successful team and repeat customers.

Word of mouth gets around really fast…

Giving back, especially in business, indirectly benefits your brand and reputation. If you commit an act, good or bad, that energy in one way or another usually finds its way back to you. We hear that all the time…Giving back to others in with goodness in heart and mind actually help build ourselves up.

A great way to make meaningful business connections is to make your introduction to others in the form of giving value…an instructional video, an e-book, a business building tip, a motivational quote or something of value in creative way…this opens up your network reach and you will find that your kindness will be reciprocated in some way… Giving time and your expert knowledge benefits everyone…Always having a giving attitude you may also notice an increase in business relationships, customers and business partners… People want to see how your business benefits people…believe it or not they are not interested in our profits. If you are giving great customer service and going all out to support our teams, your business should grow by leaps and bounds.
