Vanilla Berry Delight

Ingredients
1 cup water
1 packet Vanilla Fresh
¾ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
1 to 2 fresh mint leaves
1 cup ice

Preparation
1. Place water, Vanilla Fresh, berries, mint, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.


Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 packet Vanilla Fresh
¾ cup sliced strawberries
1 cup ice

Preparation
1. Place water, lemon juice, Vanilla Fresh, strawberries, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.


Mojito

Ingredients
1 cup water
1 packet Vanilla Fresh
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
3 to 4 fresh mint leaves
1 cup ice

Preparation
1. Place water, Vanilla Fresh, lime juice, mint, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.


Lemon Drop

Ingredients
1 cup iced water
1 packet Fiber Sweep
Fresh lemon juice (to taste)
Ground cinnamon (to taste)

Preparation
1. Place water, Fiber Sweep, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a large serving glass; mix well to blend.
2. Serve immediately.

The 3-Day Refresh

The 3-Day refresh is a fast break from unhealthy eating, drop a few pounds or break some bad habits (such as not drinking enough water or seasoning foods unhealthfully.

The cleanse consists of three daily shakes, a fiber drink, plenty of filtered water, plus a wide variety of fresh fruits, veggies, and healthy fats throughout you day to get you metabolism and energy leveled up!

3 DAY REFRESH – DAILY PLAN

With this program, you will eat and drink each day:

  • BREAKFASTShakeology and a side serving of fruit (can be mixed with the shake)
  • MID-MORNING: a detox Fiber Sweep drink to aid digestion and kick start the cleansing process
  • LUNCH: a high-protein Vanilla Fresh shake & a serving of fruits (can be mixed with the shake), vegetables, and a healthy fat serving
  • AFTERNOON SNACK: a serving of vegetables & a healthy fat
  • DINNER: another high-protein Vanilla Fresh shake with your selection of several dinner recipes provided in your guide book.
  • You may also have unsweetened tea throughout the day but this is in ADDITION to your daily water needs.
